An opportunity now exists for a customer-focused, team-spirited Property and Facilities professional to organise and supervise the efficient running of administrative activities within Ricohs Property & Facilities Department based in Coulsdon, Surrey.
This is a highly visible and varied role where you will manage a team covering restaurant, property/facilities and reception staff. You will develop and implement all processes in relation to the Coulsdon premises which will include procurement, customer satisfaction and administration. With a good level of numeracy and a commercial outlook, you will maintain departmental spend, oversee and negotiate to achieve best cost purchasing and processes and adhere to the Profit & Loss budgets for all areas within your remit.
There will also be interaction with other Ricoh UK and Ireland teams, so effective IT and communication skills, a stickler for company processes and procedures and a good level of self-motivation are all key assets for the role. But it doesnt end there! You will need to be able to work in a pressured environment, managing multiple projects. A lateral thinker or doer you will be able to motivate others, demonstrate strong organisational skills and possess good attention to detail. Previous experience in a project management type role would be ideal.
